Please include the email used in the app, what you uploaded, what result you expected, and what went wrong. Screenshots are helpful if available.
I purchased premium or render credits but do not see them in the app. What should I do?
Contact support with the email used in the app and any purchase details from the App Store receipt. We’ll help review the issue.
I cannot download or open my PDF export. Can you help?
Yes. Let us know the account email used in the app, the project name if available, and what device you are using.
Is KitchenPlanIt a contractor matching service?
No. KitchenPlanIt is currently focused on helping homeowners preview, estimate, and organize their kitchen remodel plans. We do not currently operate a contractor marketplace.
Can I send feedback or request a feature?
Yes. We welcome feature requests, especially if something would make planning your kitchen remodel easier.
How fast will I hear back?
