The KitchenPlanIt Concierge Remodel Audit is a personalized planning review designed to help homeowners organize decisions, review quote and layout risks, prepare contractor questions, and avoid common remodel surprises before spending thousands.

- If you do not already have an app account, use the same email from your Concierge intake when creating one so we can apply or match your Premium access.
- If you have a contractor quote, upload it during intake. If not, your audit can still focus on planning direction, layout assumptions, finish clarity, and contractor prep.

Are estimates final contractor quotes?
No. Any estimates or budget direction in KitchenPlanIt are planning tools only. Final costs depend on your location, materials, labor, contractor, site conditions, quote scope, hidden conditions, and project details.
Is KitchenPlanIt a contractor matching service?
No. KitchenPlanIt is a planning-support and decision-guidance service. We help homeowners organize remodel decisions, compare design directions, prepare contractor questions, and review common planning risks. We do not currently operate a contractor marketplace.
I submitted the Concierge intake but did not receive the payment email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still do not see it, contact us with the name and email used on your intake so we can resend or review the payment link.
I purchased the Concierge Remodel Audit. How do I access the included Premium Planning Access?
Use the same email address from your Concierge intake when signing into or creating your KitchenPlanIt app account. If Premium does not appear after payment, contact support with your intake email and purchase details.
Do I need a contractor quote to request a Concierge Remodel Audit?
No. If you have a quote, upload it so KitchenPlanIt can review quote and scope questions. If you do not have a quote yet, your audit can still focus on planning direction, layout assumptions, finish clarity, and contractor conversation prep.
Is the Concierge Remodel Audit contractor, legal, permit, code, or engineering advice?
No. KitchenPlanIt provides planning support and decision guidance. It is not contractor matching, legal advice, code or permit review, engineering advice, licensed design service, construction documentation, or a contractor bid service.
How does the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee work?
Your Concierge Remodel Audit should help you feel more prepared before spending thousands on your remodel. If your report does not provide clearer next steps, useful contractor questions, or specific planning risks to review, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll either revise your audit to better address your concerns or refund your purchase.
