Frequently Asked Questions
📷 The measurement tool isn’t reading my image correctly.
Make sure the photo is taken straight-on with good lighting. Avoid angles or shadows across cabinets/counters.
📄 My PDF report won’t download.
Check that you have a stable internet connection and that file permissions are allowed on your device.
🔒 I’m unable to log in or my session keeps closing.
